Seven months of Aotis

Seven month update starts…now! 

First, the 6 month (well, actually 7 month) check up stats:

According to the doc, he's the size of an average 10 month old.

Go figure he's so big…the kid likes to eat!  He grabs the spoon from my hand, and does a half-way decent job of actually getting the food in his mouth.  As you can see, he does a darn good job of getting it everywhere else too!

He figured out the straw cup pretty quickly too.  I'm telling you, this kid has been intensely studying everything we do when it comes to food! Oh, and he has transitioned into being able to sit in the restaurant high chairs too!  6-7 months has seen a lot of developmental changes/progress!

And he developed some curls!  

Loving water must just be in our kids' blood.  This one loves the water too!

And then just a few of my faves from this month's photo shoot:

7 month milestones (to date, so 7 1/2 months):

- Mastered sitting unsupported

- began army crawling

- started solids

- Figured out how to get into sitting on his own

- Progressed from army crawl to full on crawl

- and then he started doing this by himself:

Life just keeps getting better with this guy!
